GLY 3402 Structure/Tectonics

Field Trips: A field trip is offered for each semester the Structure/Tectonics course is offered. This trip is the cornerstone of the course and I strongly encourage all students to attend. The trip, which starts out of Las Vegas, NV and meanders through southwestern California to places like Death Valley National Park. These trips are designed to give students an introduction to field studies in structural geology from hand sample to regional scales.
