1. A USF undergraduate and are interested in some research experience
2. Enthusiastic, dependable, and creative
3. Are interested in microbiology and/or oceanography
4. Earning a GPA > 3.0
5. Able to commit to at least 2 semesters
6. Able to commit at least two three-hour blocks of time per week to research
