The SSPHS Prize for the Best Dissertation in Iberian History,
consisting of an honorarium of $250, will be awarded at the Society's
annual meeting in Fort Worth, Texas (April 3-6, 2008). To be eligible,
dissertations must have been officially approved in 2005, 2006, or
2007. A copy of the dissertation approval page and the author's resume,
including current address and e-mail, should accompany each submission.
Please send complete materials to EACH member of the prize committee
below. Hard copies or electronic submissions using a standard format
such as PDF or Rich-Text are welcome. The final deadline for
submissions is January 15, 2008,
but earlier submissions are encouraged.
