Call for Manuscripts:
Electronic News
The Journal of RTVJ

We are accepting manuscripts for Electronic News, the journal of the RTVJ division of AEJMC, which began publication in 2007. The focus of the journal is applied research related to the practice of electronic journalism on any platform, including radio, television, and Web applications.

Anything that might appear on a television or radio newscast or on a station website would be a potential research topic that would fit with the mission of the journal. This includes news, weather, sports, convergence, and sponsorships. The emphasis is on applied scholarship that is of use to and readable by our colleagues in the industry.

Send all submissions to Charlie Tuggle at the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill, catuggle(at)unc.edu. We conduct the entire submission, review, and notification process electronically. Authors typically receive results from the first round of reviews within a month of submission.
